APPOINTMENT BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Dear Client,We strive to render excellent care to you and the rest of our clients. Your care and treatment is a priority for us. We also ask that you respect your specialist's time and expertise as well. In an attempt to be consistent with this, we have a booking and Cancellation Policy that allows us to schedule appointments for our clients, with respect for your time, the next client's time, and the specialist's time. Our policy is as follows: We request that you give a not later than 48 hours notice prior your scheduled appointment in the event that you can not make it. If the client misses an appointment without contacting us, it is considered a missed or "No Show" appointment. Additionally, if a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, it will be considered as " No Show" appointment, and that appointment will be rescheduled. Also, if you miss your appointments, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of $50 . A $50 non refundable deposit will be calculate at time of making appointment and will be taken off at the time of the appointment.
Also, for friends who have purchased our packages, if they do not notify us of the need to cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours in advance, one of their sessions will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
If you have questions regarding this policy, please let us know, and we will be happy to clarify our policy for you.For Laser Hair Removal Treatment Please don't forget to shave your body the day prior to your appointment, otherwise there is a $20 cost for shaving your body.
We would like to inform our valued clients that all packages purchased will have a one-year validity period from the date of purchase. Kindly appreciate the significance of your sessions to ensure the optimal utilization of your investment and avoid any loss of value for your money.
